Additional Info:		The 1776 case is constructed of solid 316L surgical grade stainless steel and with its large 42.5 millimeter size from top to bottom, this refined case sports a triple step design on both sides and a wide high polish convex bezel as a frame to this masterpiece. All of the indices are high polished to catch and refract light and have been individually applied to the hydraulically embossed dimpled dial. The half moon date ring has also been individually applied to the dial. The faceted diamond cut dauphine style hands make a perfect complement to the indices and case. All of the calendar functions are controlled by recessed pushers on the sides of the case. The retro grade date indication is displayed largely smack in the center of the dial and the red arrow tipped date pointer hand will snap back to ??(over at the nine o’clock position) after it reaches the ?1?(near the three o’clock position). Your day of the week sub-dial has been positioned at eight o’clock with the month indicator sub-dial at the four o’clock position. The year is shown through the aperture at the six o’clock position and upon closer examination the year is split in two different wheels (like a big date complication), so that the left side of year (the first two digits) will change every ten years, while the right side (the last two digits) changes every year! The recessed pusher that controls the year is ingeniously hidden on the bottom side of the case where the strap meets the case so that you won’t accidentally change the year which does take longer to reset!
